I agree! I now know that every single step of a magnolia's development is special and lovely. I even like how the dried "cones" look. I am missing the blossoms though...they are all going away.... So the bees and bugs seem to also.

@espyetta It is amazing, isn't it? A couple stopped to ask what I was photographing. Ha. It wasn't obvious to them until I showed them this picture on my camera, then they realized how pretty these seed pods are. It is sad to see the blooming end, I agree.
