Working shiftwork means sometimes it's hard to co-ordinate everyone's schedules to get together to celebrate. We had a Christmas party for one of the departments tonight, and another one has to wait until later in January.
Year twelve! I'm enjoying life getting back to normal post-COVID restrictions. We're back to travelling and getting out and about more.

Having worked for 30 years in the public sector I know what you mean, but before you know it, it all changes. Then you wonder, Where did all that time go.
