They say that with the weather patterns we have had this year, warmer summer and early Autumn, there may be an increase of pests (rats, possums etc) in the Bush (forest) due to the increase in yield of seeds and fruit on the trees. This is one of many around me that would support that fact.
@dide Yep Nikau and there are a good number on my Property and they are all well seeded.
