More seedlings, this time tomato plants. There is fresh snow on the ground again, so it may take a while until these little plants get to live outside!
very nice shot Lesley. I'm jealous! I tried a few things today but it's grey and raining, so didn't find much to inspire me...! Nice to think of summer tomatoes :-)
love this shot. I also plant seedlings in my yogurt cups... You are way ahead of me though... Spring seems to be coming so slowly this year I haven't been motivated to plant yet!
@cristenfarrell Ha ha, believe it or not these went in when we still had plenty of snow on the ground. They have a long wait but we heard you have to plant early here as summer is only a few months long.
@kiwichick yes, that's the case here really too...We're a little farther south than you but it's a short growing season. I'm thinking I've probably missed my window and will be buying seedlings! Thank goodness we joined a CSA with a local farm this year so I don't have to rely on myself for fresh veggies!
