I can't begin to tell you how beautiful a morning it was today. Once you busted above the clouds that is. I got 9 photos before the battery died and this is my favourite. Normally the view from here is of our little town but today it was just the clouds. You can see more mountain tops in the distance though.

Wow! This is an amazing shot! I hope you put it in for the btr-flare too! I am also among the jealous ones that this is your 'backyard'. So glad you're there though, after everything you guys went through to get to Canada, it's fitting that you're living in the best part. :-)

my teacher said when they were taking pictures of heli skiing in Revelstoke they put the batteries under their arm pits to try and get a bit more life from them.
