Reuben outside by kiwichick

Reuben outside

Today I went back to taking portraits (of the kids!). I want to try a few different things this week as I do take so many portraits anyway. So... I would really appreciate any feedback whether it is just a tiny thing that I could change or not. I wanted to try something high key with this shot and shooting from a lower pov. I've pretty much cropped in camera but if there's anything else with the editing I could change please let me know.

Here are my other two little angels:

Lesley, this is a great capture of genuine joy. I have a hard time finding anything to critique because this shot is perfectly exposed and has excellent contrast. But, if you want to go for a bit more high key, let even more light in. I would probably opt for a larger aperture, which would also make the dof even shallower but it would work here.

What I love about your shots are always the great emotion you capture. You have such a gorgeous family I can't imagine changing anything in this pic. :)
