Today our ski club held a fun race day for racers and their families. Our littlest decided he was brave enough to tackle the gates for the first time (in the red helmet behind my daughter). His first run went really well except that he skied the opposite way around each gate than he should have. Not to worry, it's all for fun. The second run however he fell a couple of times and got so sad that he "was a terrible racer". Luckily he got passed all that and was so excited by his donut award at the end of the day. An amazing effort by a 3 year old!!!
Your kids have the best life. And wow - his first run at 3! Good luck to your future racers. It's amazing how a donut can change a kid's outlook. ;) Many thanks for signing my petition Lesley - greatly appreciated. I'm just so sick of our lands being ruined by ugly housing developments and leaving no green space for future generations.
