The final dance of the evening was a stunner. It summed up the talent of the girls and their amazing teacher Renée Salsiccioli. Between them these girls have been invited to attend professional division summer dance programs in New York, Philadelphia,Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver. For a city of 3500, that's more than impressive.
Lesley some of the KDW girls aren't from Rossland and are from Warfield, Trail, and Fruitvale so really it's not 3500 it's more like 15k. Still outstanding for such a small community.
@photographybytheresa Yes of course, I was thinking that after I'd written it! The fact that from one small dance studio there are 11 girls travelling across the country to professional summer programs is outstanding.
