Tagetes patula - French Marigold

I grow these in the veggie gardens as companion plants for my tomatoes - they keep the whitefly away, and apparently their roots exude secretions that repel eelworm. Personally I prefer the yellow ones, but this year I only got orange flowers. Had a bit of fun with the processing on this one.
That's a beautiful shade of orange. Like the processing! :)

@andrina Thanks Andrina. Yes, they are an amazing colour. Even though the flowers are relatively small (about 5 cms across), I can see them from way across the garden. They are almost luminous.
