@amandal most recipes recommend normal oats but I've used quick ones too. Just google overnight oats, there's loads of variations but the basic idea is equal quantities. My usual is 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup light milk, 1/3 cup frozen raspberries and half a mashed banana.
