It used to be known for the fountain...(just proving that I'm OLD) The El Alamein fountain used to be instantly recognisable. Every uni graduation either poured food colouring in or filled it with detergent to turn ir into the world's best bubble machine. It's a beautiful monument. Thanks for taking this Kathy, I think I'd almost forgotten it,.
oh god I remember being 14 and in Sydney for the first time.. and standing at this fountain and looking at all the Ladies and thinking wow they are so friendly.... I like Sydney.. the people here are so nice and colorful too.... lmao.
Maybe if you pop back later on and see if the fountain is lit up at night to get some more shots ;-)
