@jools they had moved the clinic from neurology to urology which may have stumped some people plus even though we were late she said we were a lot more on time than most of her patients ever are. She operates a full list every Tuesday.
@jools I know you were. I'm never late either but this time I stupidly left it up to Luke to read the letter sent to him which had us at the wrong hospital and then I believed the receptionist who gave us the wrong directions.
@kjarn - I've only been to an OPD clinic once or twice (the last time was Haematology at RNSH about ?15 years ago, so maybe standards have dropped) - I was on time and so was everyone else. Yeah, standards HAVE dropped.
@jools standards have definitely dropped but I think the number of people taking private cover has increased leaving a certain class seeking out the free clinics.
I'm amazed that people turn up so late. I know it's been some considerable time since I saw a doctor of any persuasion but I'm never late.
