Beautiful collage! I love having so many Australian 365 friends b/c we are reversed in seasons, so when it gets too hot here, I can enjoy your winter stories! How cold do your winters get? I taught an Australian unit to my 2nd graders, but did not cover that.
@lrappa - thank you Lisa. Australia is a big country with many variations in the weather during both summer and winter. Down south in Tasmania and Victoria the average winter temperatures are around 4C at night and 12C during the day, right up north in Darwin it averages 18C at night and 30C during the day and here in Sydney it averages about 8C at night and 17C during the day.
