@natsnell - thank you so much . You have really made my day as I've never been asked for tips before. I bought myself two bits of polar fleece, one black and one white and that's what I use.
I may get myself some polar fleece at Spotlight this afternoon. I bought black cotton-poplin and it's not quite up to the task. And I ate too much chocolate yesterday...this has produced a visceral response in my gullet :(
