@ludwigsdiana no I can’t but there was a lot of construction work going on so I believe these scribbles relate to cabling, pipes, electrical etc

That's a whole lot of infrastructure to work around, so glad I'm not the one designing the project. (Yay, retirement!) Makes for a colorful, fun image!

Well spotted. They are indicators of underground cables and pipes carrying services. I don’t know how anyone can decipher them but the do.
