@happysnaps it is called a desk rock, a mini variegated umbrella tree grown on a piece of natural volcanic rock

We have one of these, that we’ve had for quite a few years it’s about 8-9 foot tall, we keep having to chop it! Lovely variegated green leaves! Thrives quite well on neglect 😉
