It's very attractive. I googled a watermelon cake and found nothing similar. Is that a slice of watermelon between two layers of cake?

@randystreat I just googled it too, it’s on Google as strawberry watermelon cake and as the worlds most instagrammed cake and as Black Star bakery which was the first place in Australia to make it. Thank you for the fav Kathy
