Books I read in June

From top to bottom:

A book of inspirational sentiments that was very quick to read but not my cup of tea
A crime story that I really enjoyed
A non fiction/humour which I really enjoyed
A mystery/thriller that I really enjoyed
A psychological thriller that was one of the slowest books I've ever read
I also read a K L Slater psychological thriller on my kindle which was an OK read
At least you had 50% winners there.

Another interesting and varied collection of reading material. I've just read a book called 'Lockdown' by Peter May, written long before our current pandemic but dealing with a murder investigation during a flu pandemic. A fascinating read in our current situation!

Ooh Louise Candlish…… she is the Our House author, isn’t she? Shocking twisty book. I imagine this is in a similar vein?

A good selection. I have read Richard Glover's The Land Before Avocado too and enjoyed it. Have you read his book Flesh Wounds, that is worth a read.

I just wish that I could find the time to do so much reading. I think I'm just a slow reader🙁
