Very festive. Must be odd though having snowy and frosty type images when it is actually mid Summer for you! I remember when we lived in Sydney seeing the flyers for Yulefest in the Blue Mountains. Cold, snowy, roaring fire kind of Christmas but in June, I think it was!
@casablanca yes it is odd, trees and cards still mostly portray typical winter scenes but that’s what Christmas is isn’t it. I’ve never experienced anything but Christmas in summer but it feels wrong to me. Yulefest is held in June or July each year in the Blue Mountains, I must attend one year
i like this tree. the mall must be a posh one. reading the comments above, i just realized it is summer where you are. i grew up in the tropics so our Christmas is just like down there. our first winter in Canada my sister and i wished for the 'white Christmas' that's been touted in the song and in the Christmas cards. we didn't get it until three Christmases later and we could not even go anywhere as we were snowed in.
