Winter Sun

First day of winter today, and Bertha is about 35 metres up a Forest Red Gum tree catching some afternoon rays. Holding that joey in close still I'm afraid, hopefully joey is growing fast!

It is said that the eucalyptus in the leaves they eat makes them drunk or stoned. True or False?

She seems to have herself kind of "wedged" between the two branches. Bertha, if that's comfortable for you- it's okay by me! Just don't fall off of that high branch with the little one! (Can eucalyptus adversely affect koalas, I hope not!)
