Inside-Front-Cover koala calendar

The calendar was kindly sponsored by OWAD who have Taz the amazing koala detection dog who has been here and is incredibly impressive in her work - she detects koala scat. This is very important if a development is proposed on land that is habitat to koalas as it proves they are there. She can find scat 100 times faster than a human!

I've seen Springer Spaniels sniffing for drugs at airports, but I never knew one could be trained to do this. She looks like she's enjoying it.
