Lofty was set up at the care centre. His bottom was given some good washes, which gives a lot of relief from the constant burning of the urine that had made him nearly black. He was very stressed however as he waited to be taken across town to be examined by the vet.

@888rachel So scary for a wild animal to suddenly be in a room. He was also crying in pain - never a good sign as koalas are usually very quiet even in a lot of pain. He was being given baby panadol which helped the pain a lot

Poor lofty, so glad he could have some pain relief, must be very distressing for him and for you hearing crying with the pain, good job you were around to help him
