This is exactly the same koala as in yesterday's photo 'classic', but seen from around the side rather than underneath. To me he now looks precarious! Thank you so much for enjoying and commenting on my photos, I'm humbled
Odd that the "classic" looks so comfortable and safe ...while this one looks as if the koala might roll off! However, the lighting is still beautiful in both pics :)
@louisanoffke thanks for asking - there are 8 colony members with possibly 2 more that are joining (including this young fella that is the son of the colony matriarch). however so far this year there have been 22 individuals on the property as it sits in a natural koala corridor so many koalas pass through looking for a forever home :)
