This fella is very used to people as he lives at the koala care centre which is in town, on the edge of the university grounds. Whilst he is not tame, he just does his thing pretty much getting under foot. He is around 80 cm long, but to be fair at least half of that is tail length :)
I don't usually have my camera there, but since I did and he stopped to pose, I grabbed a snap. These are one of my favourite lizards.
