Warrigal Greens

This is an Australian Native spinach and quite different texture to the Brazilian one and delish! It is also a perennial.
I usually at any one time have silver beet (chard), asian greens, brazilian spinach and the warrigal greens in the garden. The yum never ends.
That does look very green and yummy......
