The bricks almost look like they are wall papered images of bricks rather than the real thing. Looking further I see the repeat pattern and I think I am right. The colour also looks a bit off for real bricks. I'd be interested to know if I am right?
@marshwader Dear Madeleine! I apologize for the late reply. Ceramic brick imitations can be seen on the columns and on the entrance wall of the house. I was actually inspired by the lights and shadows to make the picture. Thank you for your patience and interest!
