On my first visit to Yellowstone National Park the day began sunny... the first sunny day in almost a week of Wyoming weather. By the time I reached the Midway Geyser Basin the sky was gray and the snow was falling. The parking lot and walkway around the spring were jammed with people and the wind began to blow the snow sideways. The snow can be seen in the trees in this shot. It was difficult to see much of the spring since the rising steam was blowing so much. I was happy to get this shot of one small part of the hot spring.
@momamo@777margo thanks... I would love to have seen the whole pool but with the strong wind blowing the snow and the steam from the spring I was happy to get any good shots.
