Day 3 of my Grand Canyon Backpacking trip (February 27th). The Colorado curves so beautifully here on the river trail.
The National Park Service describes the River Trail: River Trail: "The trail has little elevation variation and follows the Colorado River for 1.7 miles (2.7 km) between the Bright Angel and South Kaibab trails."
