Year 5 update: I'm determined to get back into the habit of photographing daily and posting on the same date. I gave myself too much leeway last year and found it too difficult to get back into my usual routine. A new year ... a new attempt!

Year 4 update: Very late in the year (November 2015) I'm finally getting around to a bit of an update. Not really an update tho as nothing much has changed. I still love Project 365 although I have given myself more leeway this year - in that I'm not uploading each day and even allowing myself to upload shots taken a few days apart.

Year 3 update: Last year (2013) was a tough one for me on a personal level. But I battled through somehow and am looking forward to a whole new year, filled with new challenges and experiences.

Year 2 update: I've taken the giant step and am now the proud owner of a Canon EOS 600D. The learning curve is steep, very steep! But, I will persevere! Project 365 has opened my eyes to the world around me in a completely different way - and for that alone I will always be grateful! Plus I've made some good friends all over the world! What more could one ask for?!

I live in the small(ish) village of Gordon's Bay in South Africa. Some years ago I decided to swap the bright lights of Cape Town for the serenity of the coastal life. A decision I've never regretted! Age-wise, I’ve reached that 60 milestone, but I’m still a teenager at heart.
