We got our house plans last week so I thought I'd share. It's 3115 sq. feet and is basically a rancher with bonus room. I took this photo from the big plan sheet. It's an L shape so the top view is the front of the house. The three garage doors aren't visible from this angle. The bottom image is the back of the house that will face the ocean. Every room as an ocean view except the laundry, powder room and my walk in closet. We hope to break ground in the spring. I can't wait to start picking everything out!!
How exciting! I love plans like this. my husband is an architect and I am always amazed by the beautiful intricate and precise drawings. I hope you have a wonderful time building your beautiful new home. I'm very envious of your walk in closet too! I can't see a shot of the interior here though.

What a cool looking house! I like all the outside covered patio space and your vaulted ceiling lines. You are so lucky to have a builder husband who can build you such nice places! Like the layout very much, the interior looks like you have just about everything you could want in a house.
