In He Goes!!

I love this photo despite the fact it is totally blurry!! It's my son diving in during today's 5 hour All RELAY swim meet. What a crazy day... first an hour of soccer in the rain. I wore three layers and gum boots. Than half an hour later, I was in flip flops and a tank top for a 5.5 hour swim meet - the first of the year!! It was VERY loud!! I'm the team photographer so I just spent the last 3 hours editing. Time to post on Facebook for all my little swimmers and then I'm going to bed.

I keep coming back to this photo...something really makes this work and I can't figure it out! I looked at it in the ray of thumbnails on the motion entries and it stood out in the crowd! Great shot...is their a secret to this technique?

@tctime Thanks. I liked it too! No secret. I was actually trying to get part of him in focus but I was balancing on the remnants of the diving board literally surrounded by 50 kids. It was so loud in there and hot!! I just pushed the button and hoped... not what I had envisioned.
