Soccer Panning

Taken yesterday at my son's soccer game. I suck at panning shots but there's something about this one that I kind of liked. I took about a 100 shots today, trying to get leaves falling mid air in a wind storm but none are worthy.

Hi! I see your idea. But would it have been a nice idea to get the boy's legs stopped, at a much higher speed? The focus of interest surely is not the ball but the boy's leg that is to kick it? Just a newbie's two cents worth.
