I took this last night after Gage and I created yesterday's Lego and ring scene. We were in Lego mode so we decided we'd make something Christmas themed from his stash of plastic. We searched online for a pattern and started compiling the necessary pieces. It was taking FOREVER! The next thing you know, we had the whole bucket dumped. Needless to say, we never made our intended sleigh but instead created this. I remember seeing a shot like this on Pinterest where the child was surrounded by little cars, so it's not my original idea. Please view Large if you have time!!
@cameronknowlton@tammy73 We have a fair amount of lego but it spreads out well and looks more impressive than it is. Plus, I must admit, I cloned and copied in a few sections to fill out the edges.
@jackie8 Surprisingly we cleaned it up together. I figured I would be stuck with the job but Gage was great at helping (that doesn't happen often)!!
@eryck My inspiration was very similar with 100s of matchbox cars surrounding a little boy in the center. There was more space though has his looked more like a snow angel.
when I look at this photo, its almost as if he is a giant that has landed on a city and the legos are the debris LOL THis is so fun I bet he had fun cleaning them all up after. :)
very very cool fun shot... but i am not showing this one to my kids... i expect we may have as much lego as you do and no way on earth to i want it spread about my floor like this!!!!
This is an awesome shot - our toy store shop gives out prizes on a regular basis for photos of kids with their toys, the shot is published ...this certainly would have a great chance...love it!!

I dread to think how much space my OH's Lego collection would take up if spread out over the floor.
