We got home from Seattle this afternoon but now my sister, niece and nephew are here visiting so I'm still behind on commenting. THANK YOU to all who have taken the time to write about and fav my recent stuff.
There was no time for photos today except a couple of documentary house building shots so I thought I'd show you a bit more of our Seattle experience. I spotted this wall near the Pike Place Market and thought the pipes were rather attractive. There were planting growing in some of them. When I got home I realized that there's a quote on the pipe. We don't have interesting buildings like this at home so this is my attempt at Urban art.
@ruthmouch I think it's maybe partly for real but there were plants in the side pieces. The quotes says: "The market is an organism self nurturing and self correcting. John Turnbull"
