A rather lame shot tonight! My vitamin b2 pills edited in an abstract sort of way. I just started taking them to help with migraines. I'm at a swim meet so my computer time is very limited. I'm apologizing now for what will be my lack of commenting the next three days. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend.
I really like this kind of a shot! I think it would be great for advertising! I think your emotions towards the migraines shines through! Great shot K! Good Luck at the Swim Meet!! Before long you will be looking back yearning for these day's again....i cannot figure out to this day, how i mustered all the energy to just follow one boy around in all 4 Season's of Sports and you have two right? God's Blessings...:)
Do they work? I suffer with migraines [the aura more than anything else] on an almost daily basis lately :/ it lasts only 20 minutes and is more of an inconvenience than making me feel ill ... but I have had the occasional headache after ~ mine are caused by bright light, so as we are having lots of sunny days at the moment I am getting more of them ~ monitor screens, fluorescent lighting and even bright white paper can set one off ...
@ellimae I have two kids... 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl. They definitely keep me busy. I complain sometimes but really I wouldn't want it any other way.
@alisonp I've only just started taking them but I haven't any migraines so maybe they are. I thought I was just having headaches but the doctor makes me think they are actually migraines. He prescribed high doses (400 mg) of Vit B2, also known as riboflavin. He tells me "its just a vitamin" and theres no side effects or interactions with my iron pills and insulin. I'm very sensitive to light too and thought I'd give them a shot.
Ooooh I'm actually so glad you posted this!!! I couldn't remember exactly what it was that I had seen that is meant to help with migraines... (having just had one try to grab hold of me for 2 days... hopefully tomorrow it will have completely gone)... .I thought it was "b" something lol .. I'm now going to write it on my shopping list!!
Love the way the tablets have a distortion of their own! I've been having 'retinal migraines' since my eye treatment and it's really disconcerting rather than painful... they say prevention is better than cure...
Ugh! First of all, I hope your migraine eases. I feel your pain.
I've been forcing myself to take a B complex - it's a big joke in my house because I'm like that kid who doesn't want to eat her vegetables. I keep making excuses for not taking them...
