Not the prettiest of shots today but one for the diary. My son had allergy testing done and we confirmed he's allergy to grass and various trees. Nose spray during the blooming months is the plan of attack. My daughter goes for the same thing next week and I'm expecting the same results.
Almost all of our family have had these tests. It seems to be part of today's society - I wonder if we have become more sensitive to things with our eating of processed foods!
My poor little Clara had her whole back done a month or so back. It was so sad. Maybe 50-60 scratches and pokes:(. Poor buddy. Hope that he gets through the season ok. Clara is doing meds everyday for hers. Almost everything outside is a trigger for her.
@amandal Gage only had 18 things tested. It was itchy and a bit painful but the whole thing was done in about 20 minutes. They washed him off and put on some kind of soothing cream. I'm glad we know now.
When I've had it done its been on the back and 60-80 pinpricks, not so pleasant having an itchy back. I do have to say that once tested and then treated symptoms are so much better.
Oh, how hard for your son! Hopefully the result is being able to control the problems he's had. But what a thing to be allergic to -- grasses are everywhere!
It's always better to know IMHO. Then you can make a plan. I'm glad that you discovered some things and I hope the nose spray helps. I used that for years until undiscovered local honey! Great shot for documentation.
Glad you discovered it now,so you know what to avoid, still of course sorry to hear it, allergy isin't fun but thank God there's good medicines for it.
oh gosh, alergy is such a common thing these days. seriously there is gotta be a cute, I also use nose spray (can not sleep without one for sure) its annoying =)))
Oh I had this done (many, many years ago) with the result of grass pollen, spores, dogs, horses, cats and eggs. Youngest son also had to endure it as he has severe allergic rhinitis. It's a very unpleasant thing so I feel for your poor boy. Hope you can get the necessary medication xx
great diary shot! my husband had a bunch on his back and it turns out he is also allergic to ALL north texas' grass....haha. no wonder he hates to mow. glad you have a plan of attack!
Good documentation!!
