Beachy High Key

Spent some time at the beach today. It was cool but beautiful! I didn't have the right lens and was trying to sneak up on this bird (it's got an amazingly long orange beak) but he heard me coming and took off. I liked the line up of birds on our big rock in the background. I converted it to a high key to pump up the drama factor. I hope you had a great weekend. I'm in shock that it's going to be Monday so soon!

I DREAD getting up in the morning at 5 am to get ready for school. Ugh. The older I get, the harder it is to go back after these glorious breaks. This is a neat bit of processing....helps one focus on the bird that seems to be flying out to join his friends on that rock. Very cool!
