Trampled

Today we visited a giant corn maze in Victoria. We wandered around inside of it for just under an hour and a half. I can't believe how quickly the time went. There were 12 stations to find within and six of them had clues to a mystery. Luckily, we found the six with the clues before visiting all of them and solved the puzzle. It's a good thing because my men were getting restless and wanted out! This discarded corn cob was laying on the path.

Here's an aerial shot of the maze: http://www.kiss1031.ca/2015/10/01/vancouver-islands-biggest-corn-maze-is-open/
Love the colors in this, that denim/charcoal blue with that bright yellow against it....and the bokeh is luscious!!

Such a great fall scene -- the bokeh in the background sets off the lone ear of corn well.

This yellow really pops against the darker ground colours, and lovely bokeh too.

I love how the bokeh matches the corn kernels! Sounds like fun, but I feel the same way your boys do in those things.

I love this capture. It speaks of time passing. I love the light and colors and think of roaring fires.
