I took this yesterday on the hike with my son. It's called the Canyon View Trail. We did the loop that took us on both sides of the Campbell River, my city's namesake. The light was lovely!
We actually did the same hike again today but this time we walked/ran it and took almost 20 minutes off yesterday's time. My legs can feel the hill work!
@nicolecampbell It's a wonderful trail with a great mixture of ups and downs. That's not snow though, it's the river. It's a circle route with a long bridge that takes you from one side to the other of the river.
Reminds me of how the light comes on to the McDade Trail which runs along the Delaware River here. But the Delaware has far less rapids! Beautiful shot.
Love anywhere that runs along a river - so many pluses - the beauty, the wildlife it attracts, the sound of the water. What a lovely place for a long trail. Very nice shot.
