Lashes

Thank you for your kind words on my 4 year anniversary shot from yesterday. I am starting year 5 with an image I took a couple of days ago. My 16 year old daughter has the most amazing lashes!!

@caseyrybeck I edit my stuff with a program called Aperture. There was an effect called 'high key' so I did that and then tweaked the contrast levels a bit. I focused on the end of the lashes only and the rest blurred naturally because of the aperture I chose.

In the early 1800's artists did oils of just and eye - now I think I know why - such interesting subject matter - nice shot.
