Final shot from our Tofino Adventure. It takes just over 3 hours from my house to go to the beaches I've been showing you. The road is narrow and windy at times... it's very intense!! Along the way there's a pull out and this gorgeous spot. I've always wanted to stop but usually I'm not the one driving and I always hear, "next time". Well... there were no parents or husband to bypass the area so I finally made the stop and I'm so glad I did. There's a river running through these huge hunks of granite and there's trees all around. People were actually jumping off the rocks into the freezing water.
Certainly worth a stop.. My daughter and her family are travelling around BC at the moment ( today Lake Louise) and sending photo's via fb and I am very envious...
Wow, I am really glad you stopped as well. I have a lot of these places where my will to stop has been bypassed by others. I missed a reflection shot on the way to Calgary which I may regret forever... it was a brilliant sight.
What a gorgeous spot - so glad you got the chance to stop and capture it for us. Like your pov pulling your eye way back into the scene. Don't know as I could climb down the huge granite rocks to enjoy the water though.
Doesn't that suck when you want a photo and the driver says next time...........I get that all the time so when I can I always stop!
