My husband and I explored the Wacky Woods of Fanny Bay the other day. I thought I would share a few images over the next few days (my camera is in the shop getting cleaned). The artifacts within the few acres of treed land are varied and unique. An artist by the name of George Sawchuk created the place on his property and people wander freely through it even years after his death. Here's some info on the place and man: http://vancouverislandbeyondvictoria.com/?p=2034
A great sign at the entrance and what an interesting place to visit --I have just had a look on their site What a fun place in lively natural woodland !
A great saying, especially to protect nature. Also very relatable to photographers, we're creating all the time without destorying stuff...most of the time. Thanks for sharing! :)
What a great sign, I love the thought behind it! And some of the "curiouser and curiouser" things in those woods are interesting (from the link), I look forward to seeing more...
