Wacky Woods of Fanny Bay by kwind

Wacky Woods of Fanny Bay

My husband and I explored the Wacky Woods of Fanny Bay the other day. I thought I would share a few images over the next few days (my camera is in the shop getting cleaned). The artifacts within the few acres of treed land are varied and unique. An artist by the name of George Sawchuk created the place on his property and people wander freely through it even years after his death. Here's some info on the place and man: http://vancouverislandbeyondvictoria.com/?p=2034
It must be in a trust to allow people to wander here after his death! What a wonderful legacy!
