A filler from our recent overnight trip to Tofino. A sand dollar on the Cox Beach at sunset. No camera time today as my son and I travelled back from Vancouver this afternoon/evening. Thank you all for your well wishes after yesterday's colonoscopy. The test was purely diagnostic and used to rule out a few things before we switch his meds. We will need to wait for the biospies before we have any real results. He's still in pain and I suspect he will be for a while as the new drugs are very slow acting. The situation sucks but we're doing our best to get through it. Again, thanks for thinking of us!

this is such a beautiful shot, kim. it makes one feel so relaxed. at least that's how i felt when i saw this. how come i never saw this before? probably i skipped looking through my feed when i saw a couple of people madly uploading a year's worth of photos! :-D
