What a great view from The Empress Hotel! We toured the Parliament Building when we visited Victoria. It is beautiful there...don't forget the Victoria Creams from Rogers Chocolates! :)

Super photo. We were there a few years ago on holiday. A very different day weather wise of heat and sunshine. Somehow the colder weather seems right for remembering( except when I've been standing outside in freezing temperatures for various services over the years)
