Hmmmm...it's sentiment is warm but the ear is somewhat disturbing to me- perhaps because I saw a movie about Van Gogh last month and I'm reminded of his infamous ear severing.
Love the dodgy translation into English! Reminded of the place we parked our car once at the edge of Venice. It said "for a quick search of your car, please to use same door." I had visions of scrabbling through my car hunting for a lost earring and being in trouble because I opened a different door! :) What a fascinating bit of art to find.
