July Thumbnail Challenge - Star & 5 Step Challenge 8 entry. I pasted the 5 Step Challenge image onto 1 of mine from 31st July and selected Overlay as blending mode. I created a new background layer and used the Cookie Cutter tool for the black star I then used the Custom Shape tool for the pale blue star.
