Same September - Wednesday & Get Pushed Challenge - Self Portrait entry. I was challenged by @catsmeowb to take a self portrait which portrays some aspect of my personality other than photography. As I am using Pinhole in Creative Control setting every Wednesday of September and I like studying at college then I held the camera away from me with one hand and held my student card in my other hand to take a photo of me with my card in front of the college.
@henrir@olivetreeann Thank You everyone. As I am not the most photogenic person I am not overly keen on selfies but when I was challenged to do one then I had to try.
@olivetreeann Neither am I- the one in the thumbnail came out ok (after about 20 rejects!), but for the most part I come out looking terrible in most pictures.
what is pinhole in creative control?
when doing selfies its better to push ones head forwards than to pull it back, pulling it back accentuates the neck whilst pushing it forward strengthens the jaw line.
@chewyteeth Thanks for this. In my camera there is a setting called Creative Control which has different settings like pinhole, film grain, retro and several others.
