Lovely night shot! Looking forward to your architecture photos. I've never been to Belfast...

@paulavdmerwe @eudora Thank You Paula & Diane.

A lovely shot Laura. My thought is that it might look even grander if you keep the horizontal base straight. The tilt in this shot makes me feel as if the building is sliding to the left. Just a thought.

@olivetreeann Thanks Ann. Looking at it again I see what you mean - did not know what was wrong with it before.

@la_photographic You have two ways of correcting this if you upload and notice something's not straight. If you can edit your picture in your computer the ability to straighten a shot is usually in the "rotate" option. There is usually a sliding bar in the pull down menu somewhere on that option. The other way is to upload to 365 and then choose the "edit in Picmonkey" option on the side bar. The straightening effect can be found in the basic edits under "Rotate". It is not uncommon for me to think I've shot something straight and then not like it when I upload. I don't have a problem tweaking a shot like that. To me it's not editing like adding an effect. But I do try to watch my horizontals and verticals when I shoot and not to become lazy and rely on post processing to "fix" things.

@olivetreeann Thanks for this Ann. I usually do double & triple check that things are straight as I generally think things are straight when they are not but when taking this shot my bus had just arrived so it was a quick shot before getting the bus.

the shot does need straightening but i relly like it. the caintrast of the twig like trees work nicely.
