Music to Photo Challenge - "In the Bleak Midwinter" entry. As I like this hymn and it was snowing here I decided to take a photo of the snow in the back garden of our house near Holywood, Northern Ireland and convert it to B&W.
The lyrics of the hymn are "In the bleak mid-winter / Frosty wind made moan, / Earth stood hard as iron, / Water like a stone;/ Snow had fallen, snow on snow,/ Snow on snow, / In the bleak mid-winter / Long ago.
Our God, Heaven cannot hold Him / Nor earth sustain; / Heaven and earth shall flee away / When He comes to reign: / In the bleak mid-winter / A stable-place sufficed / The Lord God Almighty, / Jesus Christ.
Enough for Him, whom cherubim / Worship night and day, / A breastful of milk / And a mangerful of hay; / Enough for Him, whom angels / Fall down before, / The ox and ass and camel / Which adore.
Angels and archangels / May have gathered there, / Cherubim and seraphim / Thronged the air, / But only His mother / In her maiden bliss, / Worshipped the Beloved / With a kiss.
What can I give Him, / Poor as I am? / If I were a shepherd / I would bring a lamb, / If I were a wise man / I would do my part, / Yet what I can I give Him, / Give my heart."
@kynosmom Thank You AC - I haven't done any high key as I don't know what it is or how you do it. Can you do it with a bridge camera or do you need an SLR and do you need any extra equipment? Thanks.
@kynosmom Thanks for this. Yes my camera does have manual settings and I got some advice from other people in this community as I created a new topic in discussions. Will be hopefully taking of a snow capped mountain or if not that then something else.

Hi, your Get Pushed partner here. Took me a while to find something you haven't done but I don't see any high-key. Have fun!
