I struggle to post everyday myself. I have noticed there are few images involving people. So my challenge to you is to take a portrait showing personality or emotion of the person in the photograph. It can be anyone, family or stranger, young or old but a considered portrait not a candid" This woman was writing my name in calligraphy so I asked her if she minded me taking her photo doing the calligraphy which she allowed.
I would have liked to see more of her face. Maybe a tighter crop so we can see the inky black fingers. Nice choice of subject but I think you need to get in closer. Great try though
I don't take many photos of people, either, so my challenge last week was portraiture. I see what LOis means about getting closer, on the other hand, I like seeing the "tools" of calligraphy in evidence here.
